Megan Carpenter

Ms. Carpenter has served as Chief People Officer since July 2026, having previously served as Vice President, Human Resources. Beyond human resources, she is also responsible for the payroll and learning and development functions. Ms. Carpenter brings more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining the company, she founded and led a human resources consulting firm, serving as a fractional Head of Human Resources and advisor to global companies, including Savara. Earlier in her career, Ms. Carpenter was a Virginia Supreme Court certified mediator, bringing additional experience in conflict resolution and facilitation. She holds a B.A. in Conflict Resolution from Juniata College, an M.A. in International Relations from Macquarie University, and SPHR and PMP certifications.
